yea he is in the cage. BUT after they got sams soul back, and he was tortured and all messed up they said after a year in the cage with the two angels sams soul was all sorts of messed up, and after over a year and now how long he has been there, it wouldnt be fair to pull him out, more than likely his soul is destroyed now anyway.
